Windows 7 (formerly codenamed Blackcomb and Vienna) is the next release of Microsoft Windows, an operating system produced by Microsoft for use on personal computers, including home and business desktops, laptops, Tablet PCs, and media center PCs. This was the first style that took me less than a day to complete it and that's because it is almost like Windows Vista. Also you will notice that this style is very very fast in fact that it doesn't have heavy Shellstyle images, soft shadows etc.

how to copy windows 7 explorer to C:\Windows?

Any one please help.

I am not able to copy shell32.dll file to system32 directory. always shows that file is in use in another process. though i did take full control on the original one and tried to copy in safe with command mode. but my all efforts went in vain.

please come forward to help me.

first right click on the original file of explorer in your c:\windows and go to its properties, there click on security tab and take permission for full control with all available users, first for system then for administrator, then for your user. then boot into safe with command mode and write here : attrib -r c:windowsexplorer.exe
and then copy (this too through command process)the win7 explorer file to windows folder. it will be copied there.

just want to ask, are the windows 7 explorer.exe change the taskbar like in windows 7 taskbar?

i cannot change explorer.exe to full control
it say " unable to save permission changes to explorer. acess denied. " recourse

@bodmas: Open notepad. Copy, paste to notepad and save to "takeout.reg". Run "takeout.reg".

To folder contain 2 files dll and right click, Select 'Take Ownership'. After copy and remove normal.
